This framework agreement must make it possible to meet the needs for drinks and food products for the bars, the café of the Cité des Congrès and the breaks offered to its customers or for its own needs of the Cité des Congrès de Nantes

By lot n°1 of this framework agreement, La Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of dry, semi-dry, sweet white wines, reds, rosés (still or sparkling) as designated in the Unit Price Schedule. The field covered by this contract does not cover the field of wines supplied during lunches and dinners provided by the caterers intervening at the Cité, the latter themselves ensuring the supply of wines on this occasion.

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (with the exception of still and sparkling wines) designated in the Unit Price Schedule (non-exhaustive list of products, within the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement), and in particular: cider, water, syrup, fruit juices (excluding packaging provided for in lot 3), etc...

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of breakfast drinks as designated in the Unit Price Schedule (non-exhaustive list of products, within the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement), and in particular: coffee, tea, chocolate, concentrated fruit juices dilution (5 liters minimum), milk cups, sugar logs, etc.

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of individually packaged sweet cakes in bulk (maximum packaging of 1 kg) as designated in these specifications (non-exhaustive list of products, within the limits of the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement), and in particular: galettes, madeleines, fruity cakes, chocolate cakes, etc.

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of baskets of fresh fruit and fruit juices as designated in the Unit Price Schedule (non-exhaustive list of products, within the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement) and in particular: packed baskets for direct presentation on exhibitor stands and baskets for disposal during breaks. Particular attention will be paid to the aesthetics of the baskets proposed by the holder.

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of bakery products, pastries, pastries and more generally fresh artisanal sweet and savory products as designated in the Unit Price Schedule (non-exhaustive list of products, within the limits of the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement).

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of sweet cakes in small packaging and in bulk made from raw materials from reuse as designated in these specifications (non-exhaustive list of products, within the limits of the scope of the other lots of this framework agreement).

By lot n°8 of this framework agreement, La Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the supply of bottled beer (blonde, IPA, white, red, amber, brown), and in barrels (blonde, IPA, white, amber) as designated in particular in the Unit Price Schedule. The Cité des Congrès de Nantes may make specific requests, not provided for in the Unit Price Schedule (Annex No. 1 to the deed of commitment), in particular to satisfy the need for seasonal or ephemeral beers for which it is not possible to determine the price at the time of publication of the framework agreement.

The Cité des Congrès de Nantes entrusts the holder with the preparation and delivery of meals packaged in cold jars or to be heated for the Café de La Cité. If necessary, the jars must be reheatable in the microwave. Meals include 1 starter, 1 meat and 1 vegetarian course of your choice and 1 dessert.
