The target of the procurement is a dictation management system for healthcare and social welfare that can be used to make dictations to various information systems used by operating units.
The acquired system includes at least the following functionalities:
- making dictation
- decoding dictation
- management of dictation decoding queues
- production of statistical and billing information;
- quality assurance and handling of exceptional situations;
As a rule, the acquired system will be integrated with the client and patient information systems used to ensure customer and patient safety.
In addition to the system, the procurement includes interfaces to existing customer and patient information systems, commissioning and installation services, support and maintenance, and separately ordered expert services. The service is produced from the customer's data center (on premise). The selected system vendor is responsible for ensuring that the offered system functions as part of the existing technical environment. Customer-specific implementations and expansions are carried out as delivery projects, including possible consolidations, migrations and conversions.

The Client selects one (1) supplier with whom it enters into an agreement. The purchase agreement will only be used by Istekki Oy and only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier will be parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istekki's customers are not parties or parties to this tendering process or the procurement contract concluded on the basis of it, nor will they otherwise join the procurement.
The procurement volumes specified in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the client.
