Component B New library building:
This extends as a 2-storey, basement about 60 m long and 12 m wide, lying building along the freeway. It consists of a exposed concrete façade in the base area, a circumferential glass façade on the ground floor and a perforated façade with silver metal panels hung up on the upper floor and will house the GEI book collection on three levels as a freehand library.
Component C Nursing Home:
The 1975 built former nursing home, which is gutted, renovated and converted into an office and administration building. The building is a 4-6 storey, basement masonry construction. The existing polluted façade made of fiber cement, the windows, the dilapidated roof structure and the balconies will be dismantled and the façade renewed as a thermal insulation composite system.

Component C:
- Floating cement screed as a reconstruction,
- floating cement screed as supplementary structure,
- Repairs of existing screeds.
