Open procedure, pursuant to Article 60 of Legislative Decree 50/16, through a request for tender on the eAppaltiFVG portal for the construction of broadband telecommunications infrastructures "Plan Schools, Infrastructures and Locations

Public Administration Phase 2 - Tender B".

With the successful tenderer of this tender, Insiel will stipulate a contract concerning the works of "Construction of broadband telecommunications infrastructures - Plan Schools, Infrastructures and Public Administration Offices

Phase 2 - Race B", all as better identified in the project documents based on the tender.

The contract shall include:

• the realization of the infrastructure itself and the connection through optical fibers of the Sites;

• the supply and installation of Equipment and Systems;

• the execution of maintenance services for a period of 24 months from the issue of the certificate of regular execution of the works, in order to ensure the full functionality of the fiber optic telecommunications network;

• scheduled maintenance of the telecommunications network (Ordinary Maintenance Services);

• interventions to restore faults and / or anomalies of the telecommunications network (Extraordinary Maintenance Services);

• updating of the operating system/software of the equipment and systems (Evolutionary Maintenance Services);

• maintaining stock availability (Logistics and inventory management);

• the drafting of "as-built" documents relating to the Telecommunications Network and the transmission to INSIEL of all the data necessary for the correct management and maintenance of the Telecommunications Network (e.g. serial number, installation site, etc.).

The estimated overall value of the contract, for the purposes of art. 35 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, is equal to € 2,951,681.39, net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, of which € 50,000.00 optional and € 79,558.05 for security charges from interference not subject to reduction.
