Evaluation of Norway's support to Haiti in the period 2010-2012 with two purposes: to assess the results of Norway's support, and to provide lessons learned regarding knowledge management and strategy making in complex political and institutional dynamics. The evaluation involves fieldwork in Haiti. The deliveries include production of an inception report, evaluation report and policy briefs.
