The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Ordering Party, consisting in the carriage of postal shipments. The Contractor is obliged to accept postal consignments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract, and to issue them at the places and dates specified in this annex.
Service A - Line courses - Course No. 58122,125821. The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Ordering Party A. Course no. 58122,12582.
2. The maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modifications in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 289 800 km
3. The minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 247 464 km.
4. Number of km covered by the right of option - 42 336 km.
5. If during the term of the contract the amount of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for services provided by the Contractor reaches the maximum remuneration. Extension of the validity period in accordance with the previous sentence must be made in writing under pain of nullity.
4. Estimated number of vehicles necessary to provide the service - 2 vehicles of category IVa.
5. Estimated number of people necessary to provide the service - 2 people with a category C driving license.
Service A - Line courses - Course No. 60212, 216021. The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Ordering Party A. Course no. 60212, 21602.
2. The maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 233 856 km
3. The minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modifications in the Schedule of Service A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 199 584 km.
4. Number of km covered by the right of option - 34 272 km.
5. If during the term of the contract the amount of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for services provided by the Contractor reaches the maximum remuneration.
