The subject of the contract is: collection and management of municipal waste from the commune of Raszyn, broken down into tasks:

Task No. 1 - "Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents of the Raszyn commune live";

Task No. 2 - "Access, service, collection and management of segregated municipal waste delivered by the residents of the Raszyn commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point".

Under Task No. 1 "Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents of the Raszyn commune reside", the Contractor will be required to collect municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Raszyn and deliver them to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation. In accordance with the provisions contained in the "Description of the subject of the contract" - constituting Annex A1 to this Specification of the essential terms of the contract. The order includes:

a) collecting mixed municipal waste and delivering it to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK),

b) receiving municipal waste collected in a selective manner, in accordance with the applicable one

d) equipping the property with the number of bags appropriate to the performance of the contract

And containers for collecting different types of waste,

e) maintaining containers for waste collection in proper order and technical condition

And sanitary (washing, disinfection as well as disinfestation and technical repairs of containers),

f) handling of notifications and complaints related to the implementation of the subject of the contract and service contracts.

As part of Task No. 2 "Access, service, collection and management of segregated municipal waste delivered by the residents of Raszyn commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point", the Contractor will be obliged to accept from the residents of the commune Raszyn, without charging additional individual fees, separately collected municipal waste - according to the Description of the subject of the order - Annex A2, in the form:

a) selectively collected packaging and raw material waste,

b) green waste and bio-waste

c) bulky waste,

d) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

e) expired drugs and chemicals,

f) waste batteries and accumulators,

g) used tires,

h) clothing and textiles,

i) construction and demolition waste up to 750 kg per year from every real estate residing in the Raszyn commune.
