The DPE provides information on the energy and climate performance of a dwelling or building (labels A to G), by assessing its energy consumption and its impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. It is part of the energy policy defined at European level to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and limit greenhouse gas emissions.
The licensee is expected to:
- The performance of the flat-rate services listed in the financial annex are remunerated by a global and lump sum. The overall turnaround time is 2 years. 8345 dwellings are concerned.
- The performance of occasional services are remunerated by unit prices and their execution will be done on purchase orders. The volume indicated in the quantitative estimated detail (EQD) is indicative only and has no contractual value.
