Nkom intends to acquire a new case processing/archive system to improve the efficiency of work processes, increase document capture and improve information security. Nkom needs an archive core (in accordance with NOARK 5), user interfaces for archival tasks and a set of APIs for integration with Nkom’s applications for process flow in order to be able to implement appropriate processes for case processing. As an option, Nkom requests tenders for case processing flows implemented with the supplier’s preferential software.
