The main objective of the project is to create an IT solution through which to operate the integrated information system of the hospital, managing essential activities within the hospital – from patient records, appointments and treatments, to document management, pharmacy, human resources, digital security, and interaction with national platforms (DES, CNAS, MS).
The estimated value of the services to be procured, which constitute the subject of the purchase contract, is 477,601.30 lei (excluding VAT).
The description of the IT solution that must be developed by the provider, as well as the technical specifications related to the components of the IT solution can be found in the Terms of Reference, including the Annex to the Terms of Reference.
In applying the provisions of art. 161 paragraph (2) and art. 161 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines regarding requests for clarifications: a) the deadline for receiving requests for clarifications: 14 days before the deadline for submitting offers; b) the term in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications: 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
