1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm. The scope of the order includes the sale and distribution of electricity for 9 energy consumption points:

(a) Rectorate, 54 Post Street; Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, 54 building C Posttowa Street; Monoprofile Center for Medical Simulation, 52- 1 point Posttowa Street;

b) Institute of Neophylology, Wojsławicka Street 8b- 2 points;

c) Student House, New World Street 3- 1 point;

d) Academic Airport, Royal Deputycze 8- 1 point;

e) Centre for Engineering Studies, Royal Deputycze - 1 point;

f) Centre for Cross-Border Cooperation, Deputycze Nove- 3 points.

1. The object of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity for the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm. The scope of the order includes the sale and distribution of electricity for 9 energy consumption points:

(a) Rectorate, 54 Post Street; Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, 54 building C Posttowa Street; Monoprofile Center for Medical Simulation, 52- 1 point Posttowa Street;

b) Institute of Neophylology, Wojsławicka Street 8b- 2 points;

c) Student House, New World Street 3- 1 point;

d) Academic Airport, Royal Deputycze 8- 1 point;

e) Centre for Engineering Studies, Royal Deputycze - 1 point;

f) Centre for Cross-Border Cooperation, Deputycze Nove- 3 points.

2. The supply of electricity will be carried out under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Energy Law Act, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations and Polish Standards.

3. The projected 24 monthly consumption of the supplied energy during the delivery period is: 1.703.848 kWh, including for individual tariff groups:

1) tariff group C11- 132.984 kWh

2) tariff group C21- 89.300 kWh

3) tariff group G11-326.686 kWh

4) tariff group C23- 522.700 kWh

5) tariff group B23- 632.178 kWh

The anticipated electricity consumption is indicative to compare offers

and does not in any case constitute on the part of the Contracting Authority an obligation to purchase electricity in the quantity specified. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the Contracting Authority's failure to collect the projected amount of energy.

The settlement with the Contractor will be based on the readings of the amount of electricity actually consumed.
