The municipality of Berck-sur-Mer, represented by its mayor, carries out a consultation with a view to taking out an insurance contract, guaranteeing all or part of the financial risks linked to the statutory social protection of its staff, in accordance with the provisions of law nº 83-634 of 13.7.1983, of law nº 84-53 of 26.1.1984, of decree nº 60-58 of 11.1.1960, for agents affiliated to CNRACL, of decree nº 91-298 of 20.3.1991 .

The purpose of the market is to guarantee all the permanent agents, titular or trainees, affiliated or not to the CNRACL.

The market includes a basic solution: death, service accident / trip guarantee, illness attributable to the service.
