This specifications foresees that Kortrijk acts as a command center for supplies of incontinence material.

After the conclusion of the framework agreement, Kortrijk will NOT act as a procurement centre for other contracting authorities that wish to join this framework agreement during the course of the contract.

The deliveries of the incontinence material must be made in partial deliveries to the various locations of the WZC which are competing for this public contract and this according to the specific delivery conditions of the various health care institutions.
