1. The object of the contract is the delivery and implementation by the contractor to the Ministry of Justice and the common courts of an IT solution involving the functionality of protecting users from threats based on DNS. Implementation will include system startup and configuration in accordance with the requirements of the Contractor to the extent necessary for the correct operation of the System.
2. Detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.
1. The object of the contract is the delivery and implementation by the contractor to the Ministry of Justice and the common courts of an IT solution involving the functionality of protecting users from threats based on DNS. Implementation will include system startup and configuration in accordance with the requirements of the Contractor to the extent necessary for the correct operation of the System.
2. Under the subject of the contract, the contractor undertakes in particular:
2.1. deliver, deploy, run and configure the system;
2.2. perform the documentation;
2.3. carry out knowledge transfer for persons identified by the Ministry of Justice;
2.4. grant or ensure that all licenses required for the proper operation of the system as a whole as well as its individual components are granted to 80 thousand users;
2.5. transfer to the Ministry of Justice copyright property rights to the documentation compiled by the contractor under the contract;
2.6. give the Ministry of Justice a guarantee on the system provided under the contract for a period of 36 months following the signing of the Receipt Protocol for the implementation of the system and provide warranty services in the scope of the system implemented within the remuneration resulting from the contract.

4. The meaning of the concepts used in the SWZ is the same as the definitions adopted in the draft Significant Contract Terms (Annex 5 to SWZ) and the Description of the Object of the Order (Annex 2 to SWZ).
5. The list of units for which the proceedings are carried out shall be Annex 8 to the SWZ.
