The municipality of Asikkala requests your tender for the Asikkala area contract in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The area contract covers the management and maintenance of traffic routes, traffic areas, traffic green areas, parks and playgrounds in the municipality of Asikkala as well as yard areas of public properties to the extent specified in the contract agreement and its appendices, such as the area and task specification documents of the sites. The location and delimitation of the sites covered by the contract are shown on the maps. In addition, the areas covered by the agreement and their quantity information are presented in the quantity lists, and the tasks to be performed and their requirements are presented in the task cards.

The purchase must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.

The offer is binding and should be prepared in the Finnish language. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.

The Asikkala area contract covers traffic routes, traffic areas, traffic green areas, parks and playgrounds as well as real estate yards in the municipality of Asikkala to the extent specified in the contract agreement and its appendices, such as the area and task specification documents of the sites.

The contracting entity does not divide the contract into parts because the production of regional works by a single service provider is justified in terms of the risk management and clarity of the sharing of responsibilities related to the acquisition. The contracting entity considers that the management of chore areas by two or more service providers will jeopardise the monitoring of the set quality standards and other contractual obligations. Dividing the acquisition into parts would also create a need for additional recruitment of staff within the subscriber's organization.
