The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the extension/reconstruction of Gajcego Street, Szelburg-Zarembiny Street and Taborowa Street in Łódź along with the construction of retention reservoirs in the area of the Gajcego/Taborowa and Szelburg-Zarembiny/Serenady intersections, as well as the construction of rainwater sewers and street drainage. The Department of Municipal Economy and the Municipal Investment Board are jointly preparing proceedings for the development of design documentation aimed at improving road and sewage infrastructure in the Andrzejów housing estate

The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the extension/reconstruction of Gajcego Street, Szelburg-Zarembiny Street and Taborowa Street in Łódź along with the construction of retention reservoirs in the area of the Gajcego/Taborowa and Szelburg-Zarembiny/Serenady intersections, as well as the construction of rainwater sewers and street drainage. The Department of Municipal Economy and the Municipal Investment Board are jointly preparing proceedings for the development of design documentation aimed at improving road and sewage infrastructure in the Andrzejów housing estate. 4.2. Tasks for which the investor is the City of Łódź – Municipal Investment Board: Task 1: Development of design documentation for the extension/reconstruction of Gajcego Street on the section from Szelburg-Zarembiny Street to Taborowa Street together with branches, Task 2: Development of design documentation for the extension/reconstruction of Szelburg-Zarembiny Street on the section from Gajcego Street to Serenady Street, Task 3: Development of design documentation for the extension/reconstruction of Taborowa Street on the section from Gajcego Street to Serenady Street along with the construction of a retention reservoir in the area of the Gajcego / Taborowa intersection and the construction of a rain channel and drainage of the road lane. 4.3. Tasks for which the investor is the City of Łódź – Department of Municipal Economy of the City of Lodz: Task 4: Development of design documentation for the construction of a retention reservoir in the area of the intersection of Szelburg-Zarembiny/Serenady streets and a rain sewer along with drainage of the road lane of Szelburg-Zarembiny street on the section from Gajcego street to Serenady street. Task 5: Development of design documentation for the construction of a rain sewer along with drainage of the road lane of Gajcego Street on the section from Szelburg-Zarembiny Street to Taborowa Street together with branches. 4.4. The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annex 1a and 1b to the OPZ.

29. INFORMATION ON PRIOR EVALUATION OF TENDERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 139 OF THE PPL, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY PROVIDES FOR A REVERSE ORDER OF EVALUATION

In these proceedings, the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the PPL will be applied. Pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. Term of the contract: 11 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

32. REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT BASED ON AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP, IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 95 OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY PROVIDES FOR SUCH REQUIREMENTSthe contracting authority does not require employment pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law. The contractor may run a sole proprietorship or employ designers under a contract of employment not in all industries that are required in the documentation. The type of employment does not affect the quality of documentation, due to the possibility of communication and interprofessional coordination by electronic means. Each of the industry projects is a separate part, making up the whole documentation and is performed by a designer with appropriate permissions. Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons performing independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the Act of 07.07.1994. Construction law generally does not consist in performing work within the meaning of Article 22 paragraph 1 of the Labour Code. People performing these activities are independent participants in the construction process and act independently, also in the sense that they set themselves tasks and carry out these tasks themselves.
