1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase of electricity for the operation of buildings and utility facilities of the Police School in Piła.

2. Place of order execution:

1) Police School in Piła, Plac Staszica 7, 64-920 Piła - tariff group C21 - estimated electricity consumption is 280,000 kWh;

2) Police School in Piła, 192 Bydgoska Street, 64-920 Piła - tariff group B11 - estimated electricity consumption is 6 900 kWh.

3. Detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.
