Project management for the rehabilitation of 100 housing units on an occupied site rue Louis Braille in Bellignat. The objective to be achieved in terms of energy labels will be the BBC Rénovation level.

The project management mission is made up of the following elements:

- diagnostic studies, pre-project studies (APS + APD);

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance provided to the client for the award of works contracts (ACT);

- Complete Execution studies (EXE) for all lots;

- Direction of the execution of the work contract (s) (DET);

- Assistance provided to the client during acceptance operations as well as during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR);

- coordination piloting scheduling (OPC).

The consultation is aimed at a project manager or a project management team with skills in:

- architecture,

- economy of construction,

- fluid engineering, including thermal engineering,

- asbestos design office.

The contract is concluded at a definitive and revisable global fixed price in application of the provisions of articles R. 2112-6 to R. 2112-8 of the public order code. The market takes effect and runs from the receipt of the notification by the holder.
