The tender covers the provision of health insurance, including claims handling, for employees of DSB and affiliated companies, including their children, and with the possibility of individually opting in for cover for spouses/cohabitants against separate private payment.

The health insurance covers both working hours and leisure time and must cover a wide range of different employee groups.

The insurance is mandatory immediately from employment for all permanent monthly paid employees with a minimum of 15 hours of weekly working time.

The following main services are included in the offer:

iv) Dedicated resource allocation so DSB has direct access to the supplier's services without unnecessary waiting time

v) Reporting that shows in detail the damage history during the term of the contract, so that DSB can identify areas that require preventive efforts
