The complete completion and commissioning as well as acceptance of the systems for both lots is scheduled to take place by 31.12.2022.

Delivery, assembly, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of charging infrastructure (SL)

Delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of the charging infrastructure for 30 battery-powered buses at the bus depot of Stadtverkehr Lübeck GmbH, Ratekauer Weg 1-7 in 23554 Lübeck, including expansion of low-voltage switchgear with fuse-outgoer panels, cable laying, erection of aluminum truss systems including structural engineering and civil engineering/foundation, extension of a raised floor system and connection to an existing system from Straussberg and Vossding. The complete completion and commissioning of the systems is planned by December 31, 2022.

The following components are to be delivered, installed and put into operation:

1. 30 chargers with a rated power of 150 kW each on the DC side and the plug standard CCS 2 and an overall efficiency of the chargers of at least 93%. (Charger protection class min. IP 44).

2. Installation of the chargers on a raised floor system to be extended within a storage hall

3. Charger communication interface: ISO15118, OCPP 1.6

4. Connection of the chargers to an existing ventilation system (the heated exhaust air must be able to be extracted from the rear of the chargers).

5. Installation of outgoing panels in existing low-voltage switchgear by using NH-2

Outlet panels with busbar connections to supply the charging infrastructure, supply and route cables and wires from existing switchgear to charging devices or from charging devices to depot boxes.

6. Delivery and installation of pre-assembled DC charging cables including plugs suspended from the truss construction.

7. Install 30 depot boxes on the respective truss supports of the charging points and equip them with a remote control panel with LED displays and emergency stop mushroom pushbuttons.

8. Connection to an existing backend from Straussberg and Vossding GmbH via OCPP 1.6 and VAS according to ISO-15118 with PLC functionality for programming various functions, implementation of measurement and sensor systems. Common communication interfaces (industry/Ethernet protocols, etc.) must be supported. Data archiving of events/measurement data must be planned.

9. Connection to an existing IT cabinet and the charging management system described above as a central location for visualizing and programming the systems, connecting to other existing higher-level systems (for example COSWARE/bus depot management system).

10. truss construction via 2x2 bus lanes, static connection to existing truss system including static design of the crossbeam and foundations according to specifications (static and dynamic load), including start-up protection elements in front of crossbeam. The truss height is approx. 4,500 mm and extends over several rows on three lanes of one half of the hall and two lanes of the other half of the hall (actual stand). Cross connections as well as supports and special elements must be provided, which enable installation within the existing hall. All work for the production, delivery and installation of individual foundations must be taken into account.

11. Expansion of the existing ventilation system in the direct connection area of the chargers.
