The 3rd floor in the bed house in St. Marienwörth hospital, components A, B, C and D, is being renovated. The remediation measure

It is divided into 3 construction phases (near BT D, near side — city side BT A-C).

— 1st BA, part D near side: access and neonatal ward,

— 2nd BA, nearby: 7 bed rooms and function rooms,

— 3rd BA, city side: 11 bed rooms and function rooms.

During the 1st construction phase, an early measure (fire protection and access for the new supply lines) is implemented in component D.

The overall measure is estimated to have a construction period of around 24 months.

Surrounding floors and components are in operation.

The call for tenders includes the above construction phases.

Complete installation: approx. September 2021 to around February 2022

2.BA, close-up

Rough installation: about February 2022 to April 2023

Fine installation: about July 2023 to October 2023

3.BA, city side

Rough installation: about January 2024 to March 2024

Fine installation: about June 2024 to about September 2024
