Alvdal Municipality intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for services connected to new valuations of property tax. The contract will be based on the Government's Standard Contract SSA-B (simple).
The planned start-up for the assignment is week 12 in 2023, and it will be completed when the tenderer has provided assistance with any complaints on the new rates in 2024.
The tenderer will be the project manager.
The assignment also includes:
- Site inspections of housing and leisure property, housing on agricultural properties, power lines, electricity, telecommunications, and fibre networks, as well as gravel pits.
- Valuation of commercial properties and power, electricity, and communication lines, as well as decision meetings in an expert committee for property tax.
All work on the valuations must be carried out in accordance with the Property Tax Act § 8 A-3, 4th paragraph. New guidelines for valuation and new zoning maps are to be prepared for Alvdal Municipality in a collaboration with the expert committee for property taxation.
The tenderer will have access to Komtek Besiktiger in the project period. Site inspection data must be submitted to Komtek Besiktiger.
- Sample valuations must be available by 01.08.23
- Cadastral updates of site inspection data must be done continually
Valuations that the tenderer works out must be submitted:
- for commercial properties including gravel/mass pits by mid August 2023.
- for power lines and communication Ines by mid September 2023.
