The contract covers disinsectisation, rat control and other pest eradication services in the common and private areas of the Pau Béarn Habitat heritage. The contract is a fixed price for preventive services and a purchase order for curative interventions that do not fall within the scope of a regular need.

It will start on January 1, 2024 and end on December 31, 2027.

• The contract includes regular services, the location, quantity and frequency of which are defined in this document and its annexes. The consultation documents do not include any bill of quantities.

This service is subject to a fixed fee.

• The contract also includes one-off services, the frequency and frequency of which cannot be predicted, in order to meet urgent needs for intervention.

These one-off interventions will be the subject of specific orders and will be remunerated by applying the unit prices indicated in the unit price schedule.
