The subject of the contract is the supply of unleaded petrol PB 95 and LPG (propane-butane) to the SP ZOZ WSPR petrol station in Białystok, specified in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract. The Contractor is obliged to successively deliver the goods at its own expense and risk to the SP ZOZ WSPR petrol station in Białystok at 22 Pogodna Street in Białystok, in the manner described in the attached contract template, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. The model contract is an integral part of the SWZ and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for awarding the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of unleaded petrol PB 95 to the SP ZOZ WSPR petrol station in Białystok, specified in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract.

2. The Contractor is obliged to successively deliver the goods at its own expense and risk to the Fuel Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok at Pogodna 22 Street in Białystok, in the manner described in the attached model contract, constituting Annex 8 to THE SWZ. The model contract is an integral part of the SWZ and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for the award of the contract.

3. Listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT quantities, i.e.

a) Unleaded petrol PB 95: 410 m3 – basic order,

are estimated/forecasted values, which may decrease during the term of the contract depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party guarantees the order: 246 m3 PB 95.

4. The Ordering Party shall have the right of option consisting in increasing the amount of fuel in relation to the basic order in lot 1, but not more than by 30%. The largest possible scope of the contract, taking into account the right of option, is for:

parts 1 Unleaded petrol PB 95 - 533 m3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use all or part of the contract covered by the option right, and the Contractor declares that it will not make any claims for this reason.

5. All requirements contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order also apply to the execution of the order under the option right. The option right discount shall not change from the discount/trading margin specified in the offer form for Lot 1.

3. Listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT quantities, i.e.

a) Propane-butane LPG: 190 000 l – basic order

are estimated/forecasted values, which may decrease during the term of the contract depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party guarantees an order: 114 000 l of LPG (where 1000 liters = 1 m3).

5. The Ordering Party shall have the right of option consisting in increasing the amount of fuel in relation to the basic order in lot 2, but not more than by 30%. The largest possible scope of the contract, taking into account the right of option, is for:

parts 2 LPG - 247 000 l.
