Delivery and installation must be carried out between 15.5.2022 and 15.6.2022. The specific dates will be determined by mutual agreement between the holder and the buyer.

The candidate must submit samples in support of their offer. The candidate will need to bring a sample of each piece of furniture relative to the seat. Sample furniture must be brought before the deadline for submission of tenders. The presentation of samples is mandatory. The terms and conditions are set out in the consultation regulations.

The package includes specific library furniture but also comfort furniture and furniture for work, consultation and heritage rooms.

The package is for children's furniture, playful seating, carpets, storyteller seat, etc.

On the reading garden, the outdoor furniture will have seating and coffee tables selected in the same line. The furniture is intended to stay outdoors for an extended period of time.
