The target of the procurement is a ready-made product-based system solution implemented as a SaaS service, which enables the automation of laboratory value monitoring and treatment control support for different patient groups. The procurement also includes the necessary interfaces to other systems, a commissioning project, support services and separately ordered expert services.

The object of the acquisition and its requirements are described in detail in this call for tender and its annexes.

The Client selects one (1) supplier with whom it enters into an agreement. The purchase agreement will only be used by Istekki Oy and only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier will be parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istekki Oy's customers are not parties or parties to this tendering process or the procurement contract made on the basis of it, nor will they otherwise join the procurement.

The procurement quantities specified in the invitation to tender are estimates only, and the Agreement does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Contracting entity.
