The object of the contract is the development of modern services and smart applications to improve mobility conditions in the Municipality, based on a model for the development of sustainable urban mobility and easy accessibility for all, energy savings from the operation of the Municipality, as well as the reduction of its environmental footprint, economic development, and the well-being of citizens and businesses, as well as the implementation of actions to enhance the digital identity of the Municipality overall and to create the necessary conditions for the comprehensive digital transformation of the Municipality. In the context of this contract, the following will be procured/developed:

Offers are submitted separately for each section of this. Bids are allowed for one or more sections or for all sections. The maximum number of sections that can be awarded to one bidder is defined as seven (7).

This concerns the procurement and installation of smart information systems for citizens regarding public transport and that can also function as public information stations. Within the administrative boundaries of Lavreotiki Municipality, the procurement and installation of six (6) smart stops will be carried out.

The proposed system will ensure the safe passage of pedestrians and people with disabilities through the automatic recognition of pedestrian presence and the automatic light signaling of the crossing where feasible. The proposed system is expected to be implemented at nine (9) crossings within the administrative boundaries of Lavreotiki Municipality.

This action concerns the development of a platform for monitoring and managing twenty-five (25) vehicles of the municipality. The system can be expanded to vehicles that will be added to the municipal fleet in the future.

The proposed system aims for interoperability and digitization of the operation of the service responsible for managing the municipal cemetery of Lavreotiki Municipality. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of this service and improve citizen service.

This concerns a central Unified System for timely alert of citizens – users (civil protection, fire department, police, etc.) for managing risks from fire.

The project involves the digitization of the catalogs of the LAURA municipal library of Lavreotiki Municipality, as well as the creation of an application (web-mobile app) visualizing the catalogs of the Municipal Library and supporting a book lending system from citizens.

This action concerns the development of a comprehensive platform for managing and collecting data, for all the data of the modern city. The collection and analysis of the data will be carried out in order to extract knowledge for combined decision-making, based on governance indicators. The platform will collect data and manage functions from individual “smart” applications and provide services to citizens, businesses, and municipal officials.
