The state-owned enterprise Geobasisinformation und Vermessung Sachsen (GeoSN) intends to replace two special measuring vehicles in use with two new vehicles. The two off-road vehicles still in use are worn out due to the approximately 15 years of task-related use in medium to very difficult terrain. If repairs are required, there are considerable downtimes due to a lack of spare parts and due to the change in the tasks arising for the GeoSN, other pieces of equipment must now be transported for which full load safety cannot be guaranteed for the vehicles still in use.
The object of performance is the delivery of two brand-new off-road vehicles. These must be suitable for use on normal road surfaces as well as in very difficult terrain. These include, for example, trips in pathless and rocky terrain, in broken wood forest areas and on steep slopes. The passage of waters must also be guaranteed.
