The subject of the contract is the provision of services: district transport of public utilities on the lines of communication of Świecki County. Part I: District public utilities on the lines of transport of Świecki County in the northern part of the district. Part II: District public transport on the transport lines of Świecki County in the southern part of the district.
Estimated number of carriages to be performed during the time of the contract (the estimate is based on the assumption that services will be carried out according to timetables):
1) for Part I is approximately 629,356 carriages (indicated quantity does not include commuting and exits from the line)
2) for Part II is approximately 676 377 carriages (indicated quantity does not include commuting and exits from the line)

Part I: District public utilities on the lines of transport of Świecki County in the northern part of the district.As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide for paid transport on the lines of communication:
1) Part I:
a. Line no. 1 World - Herons - Fivemorgi - Lipinki with a length of 38 km,
service will be provided on working days,
b. Line no. 2 World - Laskowice - Osie - Łążek with a length of 41 km
service will be provided on working days,
c. Line no. 3 World - Krąplewice - Gródek - Drzycim with a length of 29 km
service will be provided from Monday to Sunday,
d. Line no. 4 World - Michale — Dragoon with a length of 29 km
service will be provided on working days,
line no. 5 World - Warlubie — New with a length of 49 km
service will be provided on working days,
f. Line no. 6 World - Osie — Miedzno with a length of 45 km
service will be provided on working days,
g. Line no. 7 World - Jeżewo — Axles with a length of 33 km
service will be provided on working days,
h. Line no. 8 World - Laskowice — Lniano with a length of 42 km
service will be provided on working days,
i. Line no. 9 World - Heron - Jeżewo — Dąbrowa with a length of 19 km
service will be provided on working days,
with the honour of the entitlement to relief and exemptions from fees arising from statutory provisions. All proceeds from ticket sales constitute revenue of the Contractor.
3. The transport service in the district passenger services on the transport lines of the Świecki County will be carried out between 2 January 2022 and 31 December 2022.
4. The tolls shall apply at the rate specified in the ticket price list as set out in Annex 1 and Annex No 2 to the Resolution No XII/70/19 of the Secular County Council of 28 August 2019 on the fixing of prices and fees and additional charges for transport services in public transport collective utility in the territory of Secular County (Journal of Urz. Woj. Kuj. -Pom. item 4613 of late. d.). These fees shall be paid by persons using the services of the Contractor.
6. Estimated number of carriages to be carried out at the time of the contract (the estimate is based on the assumption that services will be carried out according to timetables):
1) for Part I is approximately 629,356 carriages (the quantity indicated does not include commutes and exits from the line), including:
a. Line no. 1 World - Herons - Fićmorgi - Lipinki — 57 456 carriages,
b. Line no. 2 World - Laskowice - Axes - Łążek - 79 130 carriage kilometres,
c. Line no. 3 World - Krąplewice - Gródek - Drzycim — 119 306 carriage kilometres,
d. Line no. 4 World - Michale — Dragacz — 53 476 carriages,
e. Line no. 5 World - Warlubie — New — 94 570 carriage kilometers,
f. Line no. 6 World - Axles — Miedzno — 68 040 carriage kilometers,
g. Line no. 7 World - Jeżewo — Axes — 47 058 carriage kilometers,
h. Line no. 8 World - Laskowice — Lniano — 70 610 carriage kilometers,
i. Line no. 9 World - Heron - Jeżewo — Dąbrowa — 39 710 carriage kilometers.
7. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of increasing or reducing transport work depending on actual transport needs by 10%.
8. The Contracting Authority has the right to temporarily change the existing timetables in terms of route, number of courses and departure times, where this is due to changes in traffic organisation or legitimate transport needs.
9. A detailed description and method of execution of the contract shall be provided by OPZ, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
10. The item of the order was divided into parts. Submission of partial tenders shall be allowed. The Contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the order or for selected parts of the order. Each of the parts will be evaluated separately.
11. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) Pzp. The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor, on the basis of the employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), of persons performing the following activities during the execution of the order:
- steering buses,
- ticket sales,
- Dispatch service.
12. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the Designed Contract

service will be provided on working days,
c. Line No. 12 World - Budyń - Bukowiec - World with a length of 47 km
service will be provided on working days,
Line no. 13 World - Poledno - Bukowiec - World with a length of 51 km
service will be provided on working days,
line no. 14 World — Gruczno — Parlin — Pruszcz - Serock with a length of 39 km
service will be provided on working days,
f. Line no. 15 World - Topolno - Luszkowo — World with a length of 49 km
service will be provided on working days,
g. Line no. 16 World - Drozdowo — Lniano with a length of 45 km
service will be provided on working days,
Line no. 17 World - Biechowo - Gacki — Drzycim with a length of 22 km
service will be provided on working days,
i. Line no. 18 Serock - Brzeźno - Topolno - Świecie

e. World — Gruczno — Parlin — Pruszcz - Serock — 75,270 carriage kilometers,
f. World - Topolno - Luszkowo — World — 45 178 carriage kilometers,
g. World - Drozdowo — Lniano — 86,850 cartridges,
h. World - Biechowo - Gacki — Drzycim — 44 352 carriage kilometers,
i. Serock - Brzeźno - Topolno - World — 90 356 carriage kilometers,
World — Grubno - Chełmno — 117 708 carriages.
