The purpose of this service contract is to take out comprehensive construction site insurance and ten-year civil liability insurance.
The contract comprises two (2) separable lots, which may be awarded to different bidders, namely:
• Lot 1: All-risk construction site insurance
• Lot 2: Ten-year liability insurance.
Project: A project to recondition the Secure Psychiatric Hospital (HPS) is currently underway.
This project will significantly change the organization of the CRP Les Marronniers site. It is a question of developing a reception area, common activity areas and "long stay" and "reintegration" units, each with its own ancillary spaces (activities, administration, care, logistics, visitor reception, etc.).
