The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide multi-technical maintenance services, in particular individual boilers, bath heaters, sanitary CMVs, taps, chimney sweeping of flues and natural ventilation, control of guardrails and handrails, electrical control of housing, control of smoke detectors and autonomous carbon monoxide detectors.

The places of execution or intervention are on the entire Heritage of the OPH of the Métropole du Grand Nancy and more particularly those mentioned in the annexes to the Special Technical Clauses Book.
