The subject of the present proceedings is the extension of Śmigłego-Rydza Avenue on the section from the intersection with Dąbrowskiego Street to the intersection with Broniewskiego Street and Lower Street on the section from the intersection with Broniewskiego Street to the intersection with Śląska Street along with the construction of a tram and bus terminus at the intersection of Niżna Street and Śląska Street.

1. The subject of the present proceedings is the extension of Śmigłego-Rydza Avenue on the section from the intersection with Dąbrowskiego Street to the intersection with Broniewskiego Street and Niska Street on the section from the intersection with Broniewskiego Street to the intersection with Śląska Street, together with the construction of a tram and bus terminus at the intersection of Lower Street and Śląska Street.

1.1. The investment is carried out as part of the project "Comprehensive program for the integration of the low-emission public transport network in the Łódź metropolis along with the purchase of rolling stock to service the W-Z route and other communication lines and modernization of the tram depot in Łódź" - Part 2 Task 6 - Reconstruction of the trackbed along Śmigłego-Rydza and Niższa Avenues on the section Śmigłego-Rydza and Niższa streets. Dąbrowskiego (without the intersection) to Śląska Street (with the intersection) along with the tram terminus.

1.2. The scope of works shall include:

1.2.1. Extension of the national road No. 14, Marszałka Edwarda Śmigłego-Rydza Avenue on the section from the intersection with Gen. Jarosława Dąbrowskiego Street to the intersection with Władysława Broniewskiego Street in the city of Łódź.

The scope of works includes:

a) Extension of the public national road No. 14, Marszałka Edwarda Śmigłego-Rydza Avenue on the section from the intersection with Gen. Jarosława Dąbrowskiego Street to the intersection with Władysława Broniewskiego Street in the city of Łódź,

b) Reconstruction of the public national road Władysława Broniewskiego Street in the scope of reconstruction of the entrance to the western intersection with Przybyszewskiego Street,

c) Reconstruction of the public county road Władysława Broniewskiego Street in the scope of reconstruction of the eastern inlet of the intersection with Przybyszewskiego Street.

Including:

- construction, reconstruction and renovation of roadways,

- construction and reconstruction of tram tracks,

- construction and reconstruction of rainwater drainage system, roadway and trackbed,

- construction and reconstruction of pavements, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes, exits,

- construction of tram and bus platforms,

- construction of parking bays,

- construction and reconstruction of the power grid in the field of street lighting and power supply for street lighting,

- construction and reconstruction of the power grid in the scope of construction and reconstruction of traffic lights,

- construction, reconstruction and protection of gas, water supply, sanitary sewage, heat, telecommunication and power networks in collision with the investment,

- construction and reconstruction of the overhead contact line as well as control and heating of switches,

- construction and reconstruction of the telecommunication network in the scope of the passenger information system, including the construction of passenger information boards,

- Construction of a technology channel,

- construction and reconstruction of the telecommunication network in the field of the area traffic control system,

- felling trees and shrubs that are in conflict with the investment,

- supplementary planting of trees and shrubs, establishment of lawns,

- construction of new horizontal and vertical markings and traffic safety devices,

- execution of small architecture elements (including shelters, benches, baskets, stands and bicycle supports).

1.2.2. Extension of the county road on the section from the intersection with Władysława Broniewskiego Street to the intersection with Śląska Street along with the construction of a tram and bus terminus at the intersection of Niska Street and Śląska Street in the city of Łódź.

The scope of works includes:

a) Extension of the public county road on the section from the intersection with Władysława Broniewskiego Street to the intersection with Śląska Street along with the construction of a tram and bus terminus at the intersection of Lower Street and Śląska Street in the city of Łódź.

b) Reconstruction of the public county road of Śląska Street in the scope of reconstruction of the inlets of the intersection with Niższa Street.
