The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of establishing and maintaining mandatory reserves of natural gas in quantities resulting from the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, hereinafter referred to as the "President of the Energy Regulatory Office", verifying the amounts determined by the Employer within the meaning of the Act of 16.2.2007 on crude oil reserves, products oil and natural gas, and rules of conduct in situations of a threat to the country's fuel security and disturbances on the oil market (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1323 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Stocks Act".
