This is a contract of the type Flat-rate benefits with profit-sharing clause (PFI). These installations include: heating (according to various types of energy supply), domestic hot water, air conditioning and ventilation (VMC and CTA). The benefits are:

- driving, maintenance and small maintenance (type P2),

- on-call and 24/24 troubleshooting of equipment,

- total guarantee and renewal of equipment (type P3),

- control of consumption (energy commitment on heating consumption),

- maintenance in good working order, equipment compliance, replacement / renewal on an identical basis or with improvement of the technical and / or energy performance of existing installations. The perimeter linked to this consultation concerns about 100,000 m 2 46 sites (including 4 sites powered by geothermal facilities).

The purpose of this consultation is to operate and maintain the thermal installations (heating, DHW, air conditioning and ventilation) of the communal buildings of the city of Bois-Colombes.
