This project is part of an overall measure, which also includes renovation measures and the replacement of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The congress extension subproject is called TP8 CCC. This subproject is an extension of the inventory structure with 3 additional meeting rooms. After partial demolition of the "loading zone" on the Theaterstrasse, the building volume is supplemented on this side (facade N / NW). The tender includes the vertical metal grilles in a step-shaped platform system (small arena) in the area of this extension.
