The contract concerns construction management for the project Generationernes Hus in Nivå.
The House of Generations comprises 4 sub-projects in Nivå Town Centre:
- L3 School - New construction of 4-track primary school
- L4 Library/Cultural Centre and SFOII - Extension and renovation of existing library
- L5 Sports Hall - New construction of Sports Hall and combination with existing hall
- L2 Landscape – Construction of associated outdoor areas
The House of Generations is carried out in main contract with start-up August 2023 and expected delivery June 2025

During execution, close coordination must be made with parallel infrastructure project; The "urban development project", which includes the redevelopment of roads, the establishment of a new main supply and the construction of green areas in Nivå city centre during the same period.
