University Building Authority Stuttgart and Hohenheim, Freelance Services for Construction Maintenance, Engineering Services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI for the Vaihingen Campus and the City Center Campus, Framework Agreement 2024 ff.
The intention is to commission the planning and monitoring of construction maintenance work for the technical equipment service profile for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with Annex 15 to § 55 paragraph 3, § 56 paragraph 3 of the HOAI, for the Vaihingen campus, the Stadtmitte campus, the Media University, the University of Applied Sciences and the Benger site.
The state-owned buildings are the responsibility of the University Building Authority of Stuttgart and Hohenheim and are used and managed by various institutions. The building stock consists of properties from the 19th century, some of which are listed buildings, to new buildings.
Essentially, the following services may be required:
- Maintenance and refurbishment measures, processing of damage reports in cost groups 410, 420, 430, 470 and 480
- The implementation of changes of use and conversion measures in the buildings
This is a lot-by-lot tender. The maximum possible contract period of the framework agreement is 4 years until 31.12.2027.
