The contracting authority, Hannover Medical School (hereinafter referred to as the client), is inviting tenders for a framework contract for the supply of polyethylene and paper garbage bags for waste disposal for the next two years, with the option of two extensions. The tender includes all items listed in the bill of quantities. The quantities mentioned therein were determined on the basis of the average consumption of the last year and represent a guideline for guidance and not a minimum purchase quantity.
The main object of the service to be provided is the supply of MHH with an assortment of polyethylene and paper bags consisting of various articles, which are listed in the "Price sheet" sheet at the indicated unit prices plus VAT. The terms and conditions of the Hannover Medical School for high-pressure polyethylene films and their products made from them must be complied with.
The call for applications will be divided into two specialist lots:
Lot 1: all articles comprising the polyethylene garbage bags
Lot 2: Paper sacks for waste paper disposal
