The Contracting Authority's objective of the Framework agreement is to cover its need for area lighting and other lighting for the The Norwegian Civil Defence, NST and Contracting Authority's activities in accordance with requirements. Further requirements concerning the delivery are stated in the Contracting Authority's requirement specification and attached contractual documents. Call-offs against the framework agreement will always depend on the existing requirements and available budgets. The Contracting Authority would like to enter into an agreement with 1 service provider of:

Tenderers are not allowed to submit tenders for parts of the assortment stated in the requirement specification. Nor are they allowed to submit alternative tenders that deviate from the minimum requirements stated in the requirement specification. Tenderers may nevertheless submit multiple tenders meeting the minimum requirements in the contracting authority's requirement specification.

The framework agreement will be in force as soon as it is signed by both parties. The contract period is 4 — 4-years.

All minimum requirements to the Delivery made by the Contracting Authority are given in the agreement documents enclosed the tender invitation. Tenders that do not meet the minimum requirements to the Delivery can be rejected.
