the contract concerns the services of: Management function of the Person in Charge of Maintenance (SRM) referred to in Article 14 - Vehicle Maintenance of Directive (EU) 2016/798 of 11/05/2016 and of which Regulation 779/2019/EU; Maintenance development function of the Maintenance Manager (SRM) referred to in Article 14 - Vehicle Maintenance of Directive (EU) 2016/798 of 11/05/2016 and referred to in Regulation 779/2019/EU. Estimated total value: Estimated total maximum amount of the contract €753,132.34 plus VAT, as further detailed in the following table: a) Estimated amount of entrustment €502,710.00, subject to a reduction of tender; b) Amount for security charges €422.34, not subject to tender discount; c) 6-month extension option €250,000.00, subject to tender discount. Since these are intellectual services, the activities covered by this procedure are not considered subject to the obligation referred to in art. 23 paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 56/2017, regarding the indication of the cost of labor.
