Glostrup Municipality wishes to enter into a turnkey consultant contract in connection with the municipality's wish to establish a special education offer at Leragergård located at the address Vældegårdsvej 30, 2600 Glostrup. The premises at Leragergård are currently used by various associations, and the premises are rented out as banquet rooms. The project involves an internal conversion of existing premises and a new extension by partial demolition of an existing building.
On the basis of the above, the Contracting Entity wishes to enter into an agreement with a turnkey consultant who can assist the Contracting Entity in the following phases of the project:
Phase 2a: Overall planning and project-adapted illustrated building programme incl. requirements specifications and technical studies
Phase 2b: Project proposal and authority project
Phase 2c: Tender project and preparation of material for construction tenders as well as assistance during the tender process
Phase 3: Project investigation, execution project and construction management
Glostrup Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") wishes to establish a special education offer at Leragergård located at the address Vældegårdsvej 30, 2600 Glostrup (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The premises at Leragergård are currently used by various associations, and the premises are rented out as banquet rooms. The project involves an internal conversion of existing premises and a new extension by partial demolition of an existing building.
The special education offer must accommodate 32 students divided into four groups and associated staff. The client's vision is to create a safe and unifying environment for vulnerable children and young people. The special education offer must include education in accordance with the Folkeskole Act, however, adapted to the pupils' prerequisites and special pedagogical needs, including offering the necessary treatment under the Services Act to the children who need it.
The transformation of Leragergård into a special education offer involves the establishment of classrooms, group rooms, adapted access, cloakroom and toilet facilities for the individual classes as well as associated employee facilities. The facilities will be established partly by rebuilding the existing buildings and partly by constructing a new extension by partially demolishing an existing building.
