Hereby Copenhagen Malmö Port Aktiebolag, referred to as “CMP”, invites to tender for the replacement of existing HR system Hogia for the Human Resources management business area. The offer also includes maintenance and support of the system.

Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) wishes to replace the existing Hogia HR system (Hogia Personal 22.0), thereby introducing modern IT support for the HR processes available in the company.

A system aid to be used on both sides of the strait, therefore both in Sweden and Denmark at the same time.

The CMP has an organization of approximately 350 employees where half of the employees are located in the respective country and where the organizational teams may have employees in both countries. The number of Administrators in the HR department is 6pc.

At the same time, there are requirements for the system to be set up on the current Microsoft office 365 platform and be able to integrate with 2 different payroll systems. One is used in the respective countries Denmark and Sweden. Lessorlön (6.2.61.0) is used on the Danish side and Hogia Lön Plus (22.0.111) on the Swedish page.
