Invitation

Public Art Agency Sweden is a government agency with more than twenty employees. The office with public premises is located on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm and the art warehouse is located in Tumba.

The agency's mission is outgoing and broad. The activities take place throughout the country and span art projects in public environments to art collections for government agencies, program activities and mediation, as well as care and management of state public art.

Public Art Agency Sweden is now procuring a frame workshop that can carry out framing of artworks to be placed at government agencies.

Subject of procurement

Public Art Agency Sweden intends to procure a frame workshop that can offer framing of painting and graphics as well as the manufacture of podiums and plinths as well as glass/plexihoods for sculptures and three-dimensional works of art.

The procurement is carried out with an open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (SFS 2016:1145).

Agreement Term

The supplier accepted after the procurement has been completed undertakes to carry out assignments during a contract period of four (4) years 2024–2028.

Tenders must be submitted via the procurement system Mercell TendSign, which is an electronic procurement system used by Public Art Agency Sweden for this procurement.
