The purpose of this consultation is a framework agreement with purchase orders relating to the maintenance and possible replacement of taps on sanitary appliances and on sanitary water networks in dwellings and common areas. The contract consists of a part with a global and fixed price and a part with unit prices on purchase orders. Purchase order services (excluding flat-rate services) are estimated at approximately €50,000 excluding VAT per year, i.e. €200,000 excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the contract. For these services on purchase orders, the minimum amount is 20,000 euros excluding tax and the maximum of 400,000 euros excluding tax over the total duration of the contract.
