The municipality of Deventer wishes to contract a party / parties that perform repro work from the MC portal.

Description of lot 1 (consisting of 2 types of assignments): digital printing is assignments that were handled by the internal Repro department in the past. The estimated size of this plot is EUR 50,000 per year (based on the 2018 decrease).

Description of lot 2: house style printing is printed matter for the municipalities of Deventer, Olst-Wijhe and Raalte (including stationery and envelopes). The estimated size of this plot is EUR 18 500 per year (based on the 2018 decrease).

Description of lot 3: it is not possible to subscribe to this lot.

Description of lot 1 (consisting of 2 types of assignments): digital printing is assignments that were handled by the internal Repro department in the past. This involves subdividing print work with relatively small quantities into separate prints, leaflets, brochures and posters. With separate prints it will be largely printed on blank paper, but partly also on logo paper. This logo paper is supplied by the client and kept in stock by the tenderer. Promotional printing is assignments that are characterized as conventional printing. Think of brochures, brochures, magazines in higher editions.

The estimated size of this plot is EUR 50,000 per year (based on the 2018 decrease). Please note: the numbers are expected to decrease in the course of the contract. No rights can be derived from these numbers.

Description of lot 2: house style printing is printed matter for the municipalities of Deventer, Olst-Wijhe and Raalte (including stationery and envelopes). A part of the runs will be in stock at the supplier and must be delivered on demand. This concerns paid stock. Another part must be able to be delivered per assignment directly. This will be further specified in the assignments via the MC portal.
