Tender for 2 storey office building in Slagelse

The contract concerns the construction of a 2-storey office building in Slagelse as a new building. The building shall

be used for office purposes and be carried out to a military security level.

The establishment requirements contain the following main elements:

- Office workplaces for about 74 people.

- Situation room.

- Planning Center

- Briefing room

- Storage facilities for storing personal equipment.

The building has a built-up area of approx. 930 m2 and a floor area of approx. 1860m2, in addition to approx. 100 m2

technical house on the roof. The building is to be built as a 2 storey building.

The building must be made with a flat roof solution with masonry crowns covering the roof structure/ roof insulation.

The building has facades in smoothly cast concrete elements in grey concrete. Foundations for sustainable bottom and

frost-free depth directly grounded.

As far as the detailed content of the contract is concerned, please refer to the other material, which is provided by

safety reasons only at the time when the companies that the Danish Property Agency

prequalifies to submit a tender have obtained proper security clearance. The timetable provides for time

for the establishments concerned to obtain appropriate security clearance. Thus

prequalification of the applicant must be made solely on the basis of the information contained in the tender notice and

these prequalification conditions.

Special attention is drawn to the fact that the contract must take place under military-secured conditions, and special security requirements must be observed during the execution
