The existing school location Döbeln-Ost at Dresdner Straße 30s will be expanded and redesigned. The city of Döbeln intends to build a new 2-class elementary school with a daycare center. Total cost framework (KG 200-600): currently approx. EUR 8.442 million gross

Construction costs (KG 400): currently approx. EUR 1.631 million gross.

The client intends the service phases (LPH) 1 to 9 of the specialist planning services technical equipment - ELT (ALG 4-6) according to § 53 ff. V. with Annex 15 HOAI to be commissioned.

The assignment takes place in accordance with the contractual conditions. Upon completion of the negotiation process, performance level I: performance phases 1 to 2 as well as special services is contractually commissioned.

If the advertised service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the end of the order is expected to be mid-2025 (completion LPH 8).
