The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Delivery of materials for the purpose of marking the navigable route".

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Delivery of materials for the purpose of marking the navigable route".

The scope of the contract includes:

• delivery of red and green buoys with a top mark and active night lighting, with polystyrene filling and radar screen,

• delivery of red and green daily buoys.

Each of the buoys must have a complete mooring set.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ "DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT". Illustrative drawings of buoys and navigation signs can be found in Appendix 9 to the SWZ "Drawings".

Buoys must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 28 April 2003 on navigation regulations on inland waterways (Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 212, item 2072) and must be made in accordance with the requirements set out in the "Description of the subject of the contract" (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), with drawings (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ) and the model contract (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ).
