- 7120 high peat bogs degraded but capable of natural and stimulated regeneration,
- 7140 transitional peat bogs and bogs,
- 4010 wet heaths with swamp heath.
Export within the time limit specified for the first biomass cut after the first cut from an area of approx. 30 ha designated by the Employer together with
Supervising the "Bielawa" nature reserve within the plots of land: Krokowa Commune, Sławoszyno District
Indicated in the ToR.

The subject of the order are active protection treatments consisting of:
1) three times (three times outside the protection period resulting from the current ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk of 6.11.2017 regarding protection tasks for the "Bielawa" nature reserve, i.e. for the first time in the period from the date of concluding the contract until February 29, 2020 year, the second time in the period from September 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, the third time in the period from September 1, 2021 to December 15, 2021)

In particular, the Act of 16.4.2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1614, as amended), with
Compliance with health and safety regulations and fire protection
In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer indicates that in the following areas:
- harvesting and logging of wood material (pilars and machine operators), mechanical or manual mowing
Requires employment on the basis of an employment contract. Determining the working time and the number of people,
The Employer leaves the Contractor. Ww. the requirements for the Contractor shall apply accordingly
To the Subcontractor. Detailed rules regarding the implementation of the obligation arising from art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act
They are specified in the Terms of Reference and in the Contract template constituting Annex 11 to the Terms of Reference.
The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
