Project management contract for the thermal rehabilitation of 43 dwellings. The project management mission includes the elements listed below, the content of which is on the one hand defined in articles R 2431-19 to 2431-23 of the Public Procurement Code supplemented by the decree of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical modalities of execution of the project management elements entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers and on the other hand specified in the CCT rehabilitation of building works = Studies before summary project (APS)Studies preliminary final project (APD)Project studies (PRO)Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts (ACT)Visa of execution studies (VISA)Direction de l'exécution des contrats de Travaux (DET)Assistance to the Client for the reception of the works and during the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR)Scheduling Management and Coordination of the site (OPC)The project management contract consists of two tranches, namely:- a firm tranche: project management missions for the APS, APD, PRO and ACT elements- an optional tranche n°1: project management missions for the elements, VISA, DET, AOR and OPC.
